About Stream AI

Stream AI

Your AI-Powered Fitness Companion

Stream AI uses your camera and real-time geometric pose analysis to track exercise reps, detect form errors, and coach you through every set — no wearables required.

The system analyzes 33 body landmarks per video frame using MediaPipe, applies biomechanical rules specific to each exercise, and gives you instant visual and voice feedback so every rep counts.

Real-Time Form Detection

Each exercise has a set of biomechanical rules — joint angles, alignment ratios, and segment proportions — checked every frame. If your form breaks, you hear it immediately.

Voice Feedback

Voice cues queue up so they're never cut off. Positional prompts ("get in frame", "begin now") interrupt instantly. Good reps are silent — only form errors get announced.

Quality-Gated Rep Counting

Reps only count when your form quality score meets the threshold. Attempted reps with form errors still trigger coaching — so you always know why a rep didn't count.

Strength Progress Tracking

Every saved set calculates your estimated 1-rep max using the Brzycki formula. Watch your strength trend over time with per-exercise charts and an all-exercises total strength index.

Pump — Your AI Coach

Pump analyzes your rep cadence using IQR outlier detection and tells you when to increase weight, when you're grinding too hard, and celebrates milestone sets.

Leaderboard

Compete on per-exercise and overall strength leaderboards against other users. Strength points are calculated relative to body weight, so the playing field is fair.

Set Summary & Video Review

After every set, a breakdown shows reps, form quality %, good rep count, and a ranked list of errors with occurrence counts. You can also replay your set from the built-in video recorder.

Goals System

Set 1RM and rep targets per exercise with deadlines. Goal progress overlays directly on your strength charts so you can see exactly how close you are.

Nutrition & AI Chatbot

Search recipes by ingredient, get macro guidance, and chat with the PUMP Coach for workout advice, motivation, and nutrition tips — all in one place.

Supported Exercises & Detected Form Errors

All exercises use a side-view camera. Stand or sit with your dominant side facing the camera so the system can see your full range of motion.

How It Works

1
Position Camera

Set up your phone or webcam side-on. The app tells you exactly where to place it for each exercise.

2
Start Your Set

Step into frame. MediaPipe detects 33 body landmarks at up to 30 fps and streams them to the analyzer.

3
Get Coached

Rule-based geometric checks fire in real time. Form errors trigger voice feedback and red joint highlights instantly.

4
Track Progress

Save your set to record reps, weight, and estimated 1RM. Charts update immediately and your rank on the leaderboard refreshes.

Backed by Real Science — Not "AI Slop"

Our coaching, weight recommendations, and AI-generated workout plans are grounded in a curated set of peer-reviewed research, position stands (ACSM, NSCA, ISSN), and meta-analyses — not whatever a chatbot happened to remember. The AI is instructed to follow these principles and never to invent studies. You can read the full list and find each source yourself.
