These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stream AI Workout Assistant website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Stream AI ("Stream AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Stream AI is a fitness and informational tool, not a medical service or a substitute for professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive any claims against Stream AI, its owners, and affiliates for any injury or harm arising from your use of the Service.
Content provided through the Service — including the PUMP AI assistant, generated workout plans, recipes, macro estimates, and form feedback — is for general informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, physical-therapy, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical condition, injury, or dietary needs.
You may register using Google sign-in or an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law; (e) misuse the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or off-topic content; or (f) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
You retain ownership of the workout data, profile information, and any video recordings you create using the Service. Pose detection runs in your browser; video recordings you make using the download feature are generated on your own device and are not uploaded to our servers. You grant Stream AI a limited license to store and process the data you submit (e.g., reps, weights, profile details) solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic's Claude) to power the PUMP assistant and generate workout plans and recipes. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating any AI output before acting on it, and you accept the Health & Safety Disclaimer above with respect to all AI-generated content.
The Service relies on third parties including Google (authentication), Google Firebase / Google Cloud (data storage), and Anthropic (AI). Your use of those features may be subject to the respective third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding your own content), is owned by Stream AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial fitness use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MEASUREMENT, REP COUNT, OR RECOMMENDATION WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAM AI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stream AI and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Stream AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
